The deadline for receiving all absentee requests, including Form 76 absentee request/temporary registration, is currently the 10th day before an election. You may submit your request by email to [email protected], (must include your signature) to expedite the process. If you are military, a military spouse, or an overseas citizen your ballot may be delivered to you via email. However, ALL completed ballots must be returned by mail-- US Postal, FedEx, UPS, etc., and received no later than close of business on Election Day.
