You can also call Deputy Clerk Angela Rosa at 973-579-0900 ext. 1501 with election questions. The County Clerk's office mails absentee/mail-in ballots to those eligible voters who submit an application; the voted ballots are returned to the County Board of Elections. Military and overseas voters who wish to vote electronically (by email or fax) must submit a Federal Post Card Application which can be obtained from www.fvap.gov.
