The County Clerk issues the mail-in ballots, they are returned to the Board of Elections. Should you need or wish to fax your voted ballot, the Board of Elections fax number is: (865) 935-4312. The County Clerk's office is located at 110 Fifth Street; Suite 200, Salem, NJ. Overseas/ Absentee ballot information email is: overseasballot@salemcountynj.gov
