We strive to make your voting experience a pleasure. A few things to remember for Overseas Voters: Please make your request as soon as possible. There are several ways to request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot: by phone, on our website, in writing, FPCA or in person. A request for a Vote-by-Mail Ballot must be made no later than 5pm on the 12th day before Election Day. Overseas Vote-by-Mail Ballots are delivered 45 days before Election Day. You may receive your Mail Ballot by regular mail or email. All Overseas Mail Ballots must be Post Marked by Election Day and received by our office by 5pm on the 10th day after Election Day except for Primary Elections. Primary Election Ballots must be received by 7pm Election Day. Overseas Voters may return their ballot by regular mail or fax. Please keep our office updated with any address changes.
