If you have never registered before in Vermont, you must take the “Voter’s Oath” as part of the registration process. This oath can be self-administered. If you choose to fax your voter registration/ballot request form, you must also follow up by sending the signed original form in the mail or express delivery service so as to be delivered to the town clerk by the close of polls on election day. Your signature must be on the inside envelope certificate of your voted ballot materials.
