Joshua Greenbaum, Chief Technology Officer

Joshua Greenbaum has over 30 years of experience as a computer programmer, system architect, author, consultant, and industry analyst. Josh was involved in the early years of the PC and desktop publishing revolutions, helped pioneer the relational database market in the early 1980s, and has been involved for the last 20 years in putting next generation technology to work for a wide range of end-user organizations in Europe and North America. Josh has worked extensively with his clients to align their business and technology strategies, and has assisted market-leading vendors and startups with understanding the needs and requirements of their customer and prospect bases. Josh is frequently quoted in the technical and business press and blogs at www.eaconsult.com/blog-ematters.
 
As the first Chief Technology Officer for U.S. Vote Foundation, Josh will work to advance the technical vision of the organization. In addition, he plans to proactively reach out to garner broad industry support for the organization’s tools, services and data development efforts.

 

Lisa Ragucci, Election Data and Content Management

Lisa joined US Vote Foundation in 2021 with a unique background in grant writing, association management, publication planning, and medical communications. Lisa is the Associate Director of Operations and Development and has a role in all daily functions, and the lead of US Vote Foundation’s grantmaking process. Lisa holds a BA in Political Science from Wagner College and a certificate in Grant Writing from the University of Georgia. She spends as much time as she can with her wife and two young sons at the Jersey shore, playing softball, and watching the New York Yankees.
